1. Past perfect continuous tense  in positive formula : Subject + had + been + verb ing or past participle
example :

1. Rio Had Been Fishing
2. Siska Had been speaking

explanation : This formula is very simple you must add the " HAD + BEEN " after Subject And you add Verb Ing in Object Like " fish " change into " Fishing "
Artinya : rumus ini sangat mudah kamu tinggal harus menambahkan " had + been " setelah suject dan menambahkan verb ing pada object seperti " Fish " mennjadi " fishing "

2. Past perfect continuous tense in negative formula : Subject + Had + not + been + Verb ing or past 
example :

1. Rio Had Not been Fishing
2. Siska Had Not Been speaking

explanation : This Negative formula is very simple you must add the " HAD + NOT + BEEN " after Subject And you add Verb Ing in Object.

3. Past perfect continuous tense in interrogative formula : Had + subject + Been + verb ing or past participle
example :

1. Had Rio been Fishing ?
2. Had Siska Been Speaking ?

explanation : in the interrogative sentence you mast add " Had " before subject and after that you must add " been " and verb ing.

Tips : In making the sentence past perfect continuous tense, you just have to pay attention to the word "Had", "Been" and "verb-ing" it's very easy.
