1. Present Perfect tense in positive formula : Subject + auxiliary verb ( Have or Has ) + Verb-3 Or past participle 
example :

1. I Have Read A book
2. He Has Walked
3. She Has Burned
4. She Has Slept
5. He Has watched Movie

Explanation : In positive formula of Present perfect tense you must attention to the use of the auxiliary verb with Has Or have, After subject You must add Auxiliary verb and after that put  Verb 3 . Okay Just simple

2. Present perfect tense in negative formula : Subject + Auxiliary verb ( Have or has ) + Not +Verb-3 or past participle
Example ;

1. I have Not Read a book
2. He has not walked
3. she has not burned
4. she has not slept
5. he has not watched movie

Explanation ; In negative form you must put not after auxiliary verb and  after that you must put Verb 3.

3. Present perfect tense in interrogative formula : Auxiliary ( have or has ) + subject + verb 3 ( past participle )
example :

1. Have i read a book?
2. Has he walked?
3. Has she Burned?
4. Has she slept?
5. Has he watched movie?

Explanation : In Interrogative You must adding the auxiliary verb before subject and after that followed by verb 3
